Tim Tiller founded Phoenix Senior Connection out of a passion for helping people navigate meaningful transitions with confidence and care.
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a diverse background leading successful companies, Tim brings a rare combination of executive experience and human understanding to the world of real estate.
Before launching Southwest Horizon Real Estate Services, Tim served in chief executive and leadership roles across multiple industries — including technology, hospitality, media, and non-profit development.
He’s built partnerships with Fortune 500 executives, led large teams, managed complex negotiations, and directed philanthropic initiatives — all while keeping people, purpose, and integrity at the center of his leadership.
That leadership journey shaped his philosophy:
