Tim Tiller brings a unique perspective to real estate and senior transitions. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a proven executive leadership background, Tim combines emotional intelligence with business strategy to help clients make informed, confident decisions.
Before founding Southwest Horizon Real Estate Services, Tim led organizations in technology, hospitality, media, and nonprofit development — building C-level partnerships, managing large teams, and creating systems for growth and service.
That blend of strategic leadership and people-first empathy defines how he serves today’s senior clients. His MSW training gives him insight into the human side of transition, while his executive experience ensures every move is handled with excellence and integrity.
